Founder and principal, Julien Mascarade is a seasoned real estate professional. Julien has acquired experience working for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. During his tenure, Julien honed his skills in tenant representation, leasing and investment sales. In addition to his experience at CBRE, Julien worked for REXR, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), where he was involved in acquisitions, management and leasing of industrial real estate assets in Southern California. Driven by a vision to optimize acquisitions and management of commercial assets, Julien founded Factor Properties LLC.
With a strong background in both brokerage and asset management, Julien Mascarade brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to the company. His comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, combined with his strategic approach to real estate investment positions partners for success.
