Meet the Founder
Founder and principal, Julien Mascarade is a seasoned professional with a background in brokerage, real estate finance and consulting working for CBRE a fortune 100 company and Rexford Industrial (REXR), a publicly traded REIT. Over his tenure, Julien developed expertise in owner and buyer representation, consulting, and real estate investment ultimately completing $85 Million dollars in deal volume. Today, Julien offers advisory, consulting, and investment services backed by deep market knowledge and a track record, trusted by Fortune 500 companies, to deliver solutions.
